A restaurant in Creston was frequented for many years by the authors of this
proposal. One of the more recognizable features of the restaurant was a
cartoon map of the Creston Valley, with all the highlights of the valley on each
placement. Dr. Perrin put a similar map at the beginning of each book, so
that the reader could get a "feel" for the area. We propose to do the same
thing in each episode - with an animated VW that wends its way along the Creston
roads between appointments.
